About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads or close sales. Your primary objective will be to engage customers, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: You will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Your goal will be to introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and ultimately secure sales appointments or close deals.
  2. Customer Engagement: Building rapport and establishing a positive relationship with customers over the phone will be crucial. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide relevant information about our offerings.
  3. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) will be a key aspect of your role. You should be motivated by targets and be able to effectively prioritize and manage your workload to drive results.
  4. Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system will be essential. You will be responsible for updating customer information, recording sales activity, and ensuring data integrity.
  5. Continuous Learning: Staying informed about our products/services, industry trends, and sales techniques will be important for success in this role. You should be open to feedback, willing to learn, and adaptable to changes in our offerings or processes.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential. Additional proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with a positive attitude.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
