Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and ultimately generate sales leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively convey information about our offerings.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce them to our products/services.
2. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries to nurture them into sales opportunities.
3. Provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions to interested individuals.
4. Handle objections and address concerns to effectively persuade customers and close sales.
5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the database.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads and provide support as needed.
7. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) is required. Graduates are also welcome to apply.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female both are encouraged to apply.
5. Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language (if applicable).
6. Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-lasting relationships.
7. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
8. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.
