Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our organization, connecting with customers through telephone calls to promote our products/services, answer queries, and provide exceptional assistance. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases to introduce our products/services and generate sales opportunities.
- Inbound Calls: Receive incoming calls from existing and potential customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our offerings.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers through effective communication, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services to effectively convey features, benefits, and value propositions to customers during interactions.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales and upselling/cross-selling additional products/services where appropriate.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions, in the CRM system for record-keeping and future reference.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to share insights, strategies, and best practices for improving overall performance and achieving organizational goals.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to established quality standards and call scripting guidelines to ensure consistency, professionalism, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) required. Graduates are preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to individuals of all genders – male, female, and others.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bengali (if applicable), with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals.
