We are seeking experienced Telecallers to join our team in Dudu, Rajasthan. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by engaging with customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists or databases. Present our products/services persuasively to secure sales appointments or direct sales.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers over the phone by actively listening to their needs, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our offerings.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify potential sales leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up calls. Gather relevant information about prospects to qualify them as potential customers.
  4. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
  5. Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Update customer information and sales activities regularly to facilitate effective follow-up and reporting.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales opportunities.
  7. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  8. Adhere to Compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations while engaging with customers and handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Secondary School Certificate) up to Graduate level. A higher education degree is an advantage.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a sales or customer service environment. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice. Ability to effectively convey information, persuade customers, and handle objections professionally.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with customers, and adapt communication style to suit diverse customer profiles.
  5. Persistence: Resilience and persistence in handling rejection or objections, with a positive attitude and determination to overcome challenges.
  6. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Technological Proficiency: Basic computer skills with familiarity in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and other relevant sales tools.
  8. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.
