Education: 12th to Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Age: 18 years to 40 years

Gender: Male/Female - Both

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Engage in meaningful conversations to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and probing techniques. Gather relevant information and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the database.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and unique selling points to prospects.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the management. Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of common goals.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback, participate in training programs, and implement learnings to enhance your sales skills and performance.
  8. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times to ensure ethical conduct and professionalism in interactions with customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or local languages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
  • Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection and objections positively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and work schedules.
