Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, generate sales, and maintain customer satisfaction. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate our offerings, address customer inquiries, and ultimately drive business growth through successful sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Promotion: Present and promote our products/services to potential customers over the phone.
- Sales Generation: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their queries, and concerns, and providing relevant information.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, close sales, and gather feedback on customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the sales team to coordinate efforts and achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) up to Graduate level.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention specific language if applicable) along with proficiency in English.
- Persuasive Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively to drive sales conversions.
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Target-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other telecommunication tools.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules, including occasional evening or weekend shifts.
