Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Education: Minimum 10th-grade education, although a higher degree is preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English.
4. Persuasive Skills: Ability to influence and persuade customers effectively.
5. Customer-Centric: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist customers.
6. Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and objections professionally.
7. Target-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
8. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
9. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
