Position: Telecaller

About the Role: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales. Additionally, you will handle inbound inquiries, provide information, and address any concerns or questions raised by customers professionally and courteously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, effectively communicate product/service offerings, and persuade them to take desired actions, such as scheduling appointments or making purchases.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts, gather relevant information, and update our database with accurate and comprehensive lead details.
- Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, respond to inquiries, provide product/service information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism in every interaction, fostering trust and loyalty towards the brand.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary support in achieving sales targets, including follow-up calls, appointment scheduling, and coordination of sales activities.
- Data Management: Accurately records and maintains call logs, customer interactions, and relevant information in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets, while adhering to quality standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention preferred language(s)], with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, able to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
