Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to a Graduate degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Persuasive Skills: Ability to effectively persuade and influence customers to purchase products or services.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Target Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
