Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales. Your primary objective will be to engage customers in conversations to understand their needs and preferences, effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings, and convince them to take desired actions.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company.
- Product/Service Promotion: Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their key features and benefits.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive communication and effective questioning techniques.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing relevant information.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling skills to convert leads into sales opportunities and achieve targets.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely closure and provide necessary assistance throughout the sales process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of conversations, inquiries, and follow-up actions, using CRM software.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local language(s), with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections positively, while maintaining a positive attitude and perseverance.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team and support colleagues when needed.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software/tools.
