Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, to generate sales or set up appointments.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products/services to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening, ensuring that only the most relevant prospects are pursued.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing accurate information, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the organization.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes, using our CRM software.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions to help improve product/service offerings and sales strategies.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product/service knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through regular training sessions and self-directed learning.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female applicants are welcome.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in the local language (mention specific language if applicable) and proficiency in Hindi or English.
