Key Responsibilities:

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
4. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update databases with relevant information.

Requirements:

Education: The minimum qualification required is 10th grade, although preference will be given to candidates with higher education levels, up to graduates.

Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales or customer service industry.

Skills:

1. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English are essential.
2. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively handle objections and rejections.
