4. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and facilitate the sales process. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the database.
5. Targets and Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction. Strive to continuously improve performance and achieve set objectives.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including sales representatives and supervisors, to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduation in any discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the telecommunications industry or related field.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
