Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote our products or services, generating sales leads, or set appointments. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to individuals or businesses using a provided list or database.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Promote our products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and advantages.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling efforts.
  4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives or field agents.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain rapport with customers by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  6. Data Management: Accurately records and maintains customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database.
  7. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed assigned targets for call volumes, sales leads, or appointments set.
  8. Adherence to Scripts: Follow predefined scripts or talking points while communicating with customers to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  9. Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the team leader or supervisor regarding customer responses, market trends, and any challenges faced.
  10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance performance.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum 12th pass; however, a graduate degree is preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  3. Age: Between 18 years to 40 years.
  4. Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English.
  6. Persuasive Skills: Ability to engage customers effectively, build rapport, and influence their decisions.
  7. Listening Skills: Attentive listening skills to understand customer requirements and address their concerns appropriately.
  8. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales objectives.
  9. Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
