Position: Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by engaging with customers over the phone to promote our products/services, address their queries, and provide exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs, provide information about our products/services, and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and promote our offerings effectively.
- Lead Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales, meeting and exceeding predefined targets and objectives.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support by addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns, and queries promptly and efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM software, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing insights, best practices, and feedback to enhance overall team performance and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to graduation. A higher degree or relevant certification is an added advantage.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or telesales environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting leads into sales opportunities.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
