Job Telecaller

Role Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with potential clients by delivering exceptional customer service through phone calls. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our products/services, answer queries, and generate leads to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present products/services persuasively, aiming to secure sales or appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through effective communication and active listening. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and opportunities through cold calling and follow-up calls. Collect and record accurate information from calls to maintain a comprehensive database.
- Sales Support: Provide necessary information about products/services, pricing, and promotions to encourage sales conversions. Assist customers in making informed decisions that align with their needs.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and lead generation. Continuously strive to improve performance and contribute to team goals.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers, including their inquiries, feedback, and any actions taken. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate level education.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related customer service role.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders (male, female, and others).
