About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our company's interaction with potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients over the phone, effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services, and ultimately drive sales conversions. This role demands a persuasive communicator who can build rapport quickly and drive conversations toward favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and promote our offerings accordingly.
  2. Lead Conversion: Effectively pitch products/services to convert leads into sales opportunities. Employ persuasive techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and contribute to the growth of the organization.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer details in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  6. Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement. Share insights with the relevant teams to enhance product/service offerings.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate degree.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role is required. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate product/service features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with customers. Empathetic listener with a customer-centric approach.
  5. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally. Maintain a positive attitude and persistence in achieving sales goals despite challenges.
  6. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and other relevant tools for data management and reporting.
