Position: Telecaller

Location: Dhanbad

Education: Candidates must have completed at least 10th-grade education, with preference given to those holding a graduate degree or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required. Candidates with a background in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products or services persuasively to secure sales or appointments.
2. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and upsell additional products or services as appropriate.
3. Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and other methods. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up with them regularly to convert leads into sales.
4. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and prospects in our CRM system. Update customer information, call logs, and sales records regularly.
5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Continuously strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
6. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve common goals. Share best practices, provide support to team members, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both verbal and written.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software.
7. Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
