Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or subscribe to our offerings. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls from existing customers, address their queries, and provide assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products or services. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to generate interest and secure sales.
  2. Inbound Calling: Answer incoming calls from customers, address their inquiries, and provide information about our products, services, or policies. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and resolution.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized interactions. Understand their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales opportunities. Implement sales strategies and techniques to maximize revenue generation and drive business growth.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Update customer information, track sales activities, and generate reports to analyze performance metrics.
  6. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.


  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in telecalling or sales roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Ability to articulate ideas persuasively and convey information effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to identify sales opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help and assist customers. Ability to empathize with customer needs and provide solutions-oriented assistance.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements and priorities. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in using computers, navigating software applications, and utilizing CRM systems for data entry and management.
