Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline representative of our organization, responsible for engaging potential customers and nurturing existing relationships. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold calling lists. Present our products/services persuasively to secure sales appointments or direct purchases.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information and update our database with accurate details for future follow-ups.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into opportunities and closing deals. Utilize persuasive selling techniques and product knowledge to drive sales conversions.
  5. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process. Keep track of pending leads, appointments, and customer interactions to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system. Update customer profiles, notes, and feedback to provide insights for future sales strategies.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including sales representatives and managers, to optimize sales processes and achieve collective goals.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate level.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for data management and sales tracking.
