  4. Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets will be a key performance indicator. You'll employ effective sales techniques to close deals and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
  5. Product Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of our products/services is essential. You'll stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.


  • Education: Minimum of a 12th-grade education, although a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and empathize with customers to understand their needs.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
