Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our team by engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and generate leads. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, so your professionalism and communication skills are essential to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing accurate information and addressing their concerns or queries.
3. Identify and qualify leads through active listening and probing techniques.
4. Keep detailed records of interactions and update customer information in the database.
5. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule appointments as needed.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
