Education: 10th to Graduate

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Present and promote our products/services to potential customers over the phone to convert leads into sales.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers by addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any concerns or issues they may have.
  4. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals and meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  5. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update information in the database.
  7. Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential improvements to sales strategies.
  8. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
