Key Responsibilities:

  4. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and upsell additional products or services where applicable.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer details in the CRM system. Regularly update information to track progress and facilitate efficient follow-up activities.
  6. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the organization. Take proactive measures to optimize productivity and achieve desired outcomes.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to share insights, and best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar telecalling or sales role, preferably in a customer-oriented industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice. Ability to engage customers effectively and convey information persuasively.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close deals. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
  • Location: Must be based in Dehri or willing to relocate.
