Position: Telecaller

Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to generate sales leads or provide information about our products and services. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and persuade them to take desired actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and trust.
- Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling and follow-up.
- Handling Inquiries: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately.
- Sales Conversion: Persuade customers to purchase our products or services by highlighting their value proposition.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the database.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team on customer responses, market trends, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Persistence: Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection and keep pushing for results.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills to navigate CRM systems and other software tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to support team members as needed.
