Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote our products/services, build rapport, and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by generating leads through outbound calling efforts, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for further follow-up.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, resolve complaints, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products/services.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback received.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume, sales leads generated, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including sales representatives and customer service associates, to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback from customers and supervisors to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and personal performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma (10th grade) required. Higher education such as a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential. Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively over the phone.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate product/service benefits to customers.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience: Demonstrated resilience and ability to handle rejection or difficult customer interactions professionally and positively.
