Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, or gather information. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate our offerings, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.


  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, building rapport and understanding their needs to offer suitable solutions.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling, capturing essential information accurately for follow-up by sales teams.
  4. Product/Service Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  5. Handling Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and relevant information in the database for tracking and reporting purposes.
  7. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates to contribute to overall business objectives.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance communication skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  9. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while conducting telecalling activities to uphold organizational integrity and professionalism.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service roles, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a high-pressure sales environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
