Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and convince them of the value our offerings bring. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from our database or through lead generation activities.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Clearly and effectively articulate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive questioning and listening to customer needs.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing accurate information and addressing their queries and concerns on time.
5. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales opportunities by effectively closing deals or scheduling appointments for further discussion.
6. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
7. Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize strategies and achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to a Graduate degree.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales role preferred.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
4. Gender: Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably in local languages.
6. Persuasive Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers to take desired actions.
