Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, providing them with exceptional service and addressing their inquiries and concerns. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, representing our company with professionalism and integrity. Your role will involve a blend of outbound and inbound calling, where you will have the opportunity to build rapport, resolve issues, and promote our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, actively listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions or assistance.
- Outbound Calling: Make proactive calls to existing or potential customers to introduce our products/services, promote special offers, or gather feedback.
- Inbound Calling: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback, in the designated database or CRM system.
- Achievement of Targets: Strive to meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion, as outlined by the team leader or manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or telesales environment.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old to be eligible for this position.

Key Skills:
