Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, providing them with exceptional service and addressing their inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities:

2. Outbound Calling: Make proactive calls to existing or potential customers to introduce our products/services, promote special offers, or gather feedback.
3. Inbound Calling: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback, in the designated database or CRM system.
5. Achievement of Targets: Strive to meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion, as outlined by the team leader or manager.
6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or telesales environment.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old to be eligible for this position.
