As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers. You will also handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
2. Introduce our products/services to potential customers, emphasizing key features and benefits.
3. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and preferences.
4. Provide accurate information about products/services and address any questions or concerns.
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
4. Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and address them effectively.
