Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by connecting with potential customers over the phone and promoting our products/services. Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our products/services and generate interest among potential customers.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their requirements and address any queries or concerns they may have regarding our offerings.
3. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to purchase our products/services. You will need to effectively highlight the features and benefits of our offerings to drive sales.
4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management. You will be responsible for achieving individual and team targets consistently.
5. Follow-up: Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Persistence and effective follow-up are key to converting leads into sales.
6. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the database. Ensure that customer information is updated regularly for future reference.
7. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Your insights will help us refine our sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Education: The minimum educational qualification required is 10th grade, however, candidates with higher education up to Graduation are preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required. Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be given preference.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English are essential. You must be able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
4. Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills are crucial for this role. You should be able to build rapport with customers and close deals effectively.
5. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills are required for maintaining customer records and using CRM software.
6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
7. Flexibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and adapt to new challenges as they arise.
