Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and generate leads. Your primary goal will be to cultivate positive relationships with customers while meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, effectively communicate product information, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their queries, and concerns, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts, gather relevant information, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the database.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, intending to convert leads into sales.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the development of effective marketing campaigns.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade education required. A higher degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (add language name) and proficiency in English. Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with customers, and handle objections effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a sound understanding of sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant computer applications.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and positive attitude.
- Resilience: Resilience in handling rejection and overcoming challenges with a positive mindset.
