Role Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and secure sales appointments. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate our offerings and persuade prospective customers to engage with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Promotion: Present and promote company products/services to potential customers with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously, addressing their queries and concerns while providing accurate information about our offerings.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales appointments or direct sales whenever possible.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maintain a consistent flow of communication and maximize conversion rates.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the database.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Secondary School Certificate) to a Graduate degree.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence others effectively, with a customer-centric approach.
- Listening Skills: Active listening skills to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
- Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and objections professionally, turning them into opportunities.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities, situations, and objections.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
