Job Description:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and generating sales leads. You will also handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, aiming to secure sales appointments or direct sales.
  2. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers. Provide accurate information about our products/services, address inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. Strive for continuous improvement in sales performance and productivity.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system. Update customer information, call logs, and sales progress regularly.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, sales representatives, and other departments to achieve collective goals and objectives.
  7. Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies, procedures, and scripts during customer interactions. Adhere to compliance standards and regulations at all times.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to graduate level.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in the local language, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers over the phone.
  • Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections gracefully.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dahod area and local market dynamics is an advantage.
