Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and generating sales leads. You will also handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, aiming to secure sales appointments or direct sales.
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers. Provide accurate information about our products/services, address inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. Strive for continuous improvement in sales performance and productivity.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, sales representatives, and other departments to achieve collective goals and objectives.

Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to graduate level.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in the local language, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
