Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our products or services, and generate leads or sales. You will also handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Place calls to potential customers from our database, introduce our offerings, and persuasively present the benefits to generate interest and close sales.
  2. Inbound Calls: Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our products or services.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
  4. Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken, using our CRM software.
  5. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by effectively managing leads, following up on prospects, and converting opportunities into sales.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our product offerings, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and address their queries.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share best practices, support each other's efforts, and contribute to the overall success of the team.


  • Education: Minimum 12th pass to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Age: Between 18 years to 40 years.
  • Gender: Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
