Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, effectively communicate our products or services, and convert leads into sales. Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both verbal and written English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
