Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, effectively communicate our products or services, and convert leads into sales. Your role will encompass the following duties:
1. Client Interaction: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, actively listening to their queries and providing appropriate solutions.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both verbal and written English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
