Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads or set appointments. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, introduce them to our products/services, and ultimately convert them into satisfied customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

1. Outbound Calling: Making a high volume of outbound calls to designated prospects.
2. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying sales leads through proactive calling efforts.
3. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products/services to prospects.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
5. Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified prospects.
6. Data Entry: Accurately recording customer information and interactions in the database.
7. Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent). Graduates are preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, tele-sales, or a similar role is required.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years and 40 years of age.
4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
