Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings, address customer inquiries, and ultimately drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively and accurately to generate interest and secure sales appointments.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and understanding their needs. Address any concerns or objections professionally and courteously to ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information about potential customers and update databases with accurate and complete records.
  4. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline. Maintain regular communication with prospects to keep them engaged and interested in our offerings.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management team. Strive towards achieving personal and team goals to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  6. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers, including call logs, follow-up activities, and sales outcomes. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for reporting and analysis purposes.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders – male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice. Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Ability to influence and persuade customers to take desired actions.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service and building lasting relationships.
