Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to make a purchase or set up appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs, addressing their inquiries, and providing relevant information about our offerings to enhance their understanding and interest.
- Promotional Activities: Conduct promotional activities over the phone to increase awareness of our products/services, special offers, and upcoming events, aiming to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Follow-up: Follow up on initial contacts and maintain communication with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage repeat business.
- Data Management: Accurately records customer details, interactions, and transactions in the system, maintaining comprehensive and updated records for future reference and analysis.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating persistence, resilience, and proactive efforts to achieve individual and team goals.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing circumstances and challenges, such as shifting priorities, market trends, or customer preferences, to effectively tailor communication strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, customer service, or related fields preferred.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
- Gender: Open to individuals of all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages, with the ability to articulate information clearly, persuasively, and confidently.

- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to navigate CRM software or databases for data entry and retrieval.
