Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outgoing calls to potential customers and engage them in meaningful conversations. Your goal will be to promote our products/services, address inquiries, and ultimately convert leads into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services and highlight their benefits to generate interest.
2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers through effective communication. Listen to their needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
3. Lead Conversion: Utilize persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Effectively pitch our offerings and overcome objections to close deals.
4. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and maintain engagement. Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Work towards achieving individual and team goals to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and product enhancement.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from sales, marketing, and other departments to coordinate efforts and optimize results. Share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Persistence: Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejection. Ability to stay motivated and focused on achieving targets.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ethical Conduct: Maintain ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
