Position: Telecaller

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
2. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and drive sales.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information about prospective customers and maintain accurate records in our database.
4. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries on time to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize conversion rates. Address any concerns or objections raised by customers to overcome barriers to sale.
5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Consistently strive to improve sales performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products/services and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
7. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with colleagues to implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate. A higher degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
2. Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and convey information effectively.
4. Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and influence others. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a telesales environment.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. Empathetic approach toward understanding customer needs and concerns.
6. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to navigate software applications and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
7. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
