Position Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via telephone to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide relevant information about our products/services. Create a positive and memorable experience for every customer interaction.
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and follow up on inquiries. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to encourage customer interest and participation.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a genuine interest in their concerns. Strive to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term loyalty to our brand.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure swift resolution of problems.
- Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system. Maintain comprehensive records to track customer preferences, trends, and engagement history.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, features, pricing, and promotions. Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends to deliver accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective sales techniques. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while conducting telecalling activities. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical business practices at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or telesales.
- Age: Between 18 years to 40 years.
