Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products/services, address inquiries, and resolving issues. Your ability to establish a positive connection and effectively communicate information will be crucial in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  2. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, highlighting the benefits of our offerings, and effectively closing sales deals.
  3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance, addressing concerns, and following up on queries. Your proactive approach to customer engagement will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and transactions. Ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of customer data is essential to uphold our commitment to privacy and security standards.
  5. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team targets for sales conversion, call quality, and customer satisfaction.   • Education: Minimum of 12th grade education required. Graduates are preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or sales.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
