Job Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close sales. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls from customers, address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, where your performance directly impacts the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects using a provided list or database.
2. Introduce our products/services to potential customers and highlight their benefits.
3. Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide relevant information.
4. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels.
5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
8. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
9. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade or equivalent (Graduates preferred).
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role for a minimum of 1 year.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Kannada (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
• Must be between 18 to 40 years of age.
