Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and provide information about our offerings. Your primary objective will be to generate sales leads and maintain strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a consultation.
2. Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers professionally and courteously to address their questions, concerns, and inquiries about our products/services.
3. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying sales leads through effective questioning and active listening techniques.
4. Data Entry: Accurately recording customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database.
5. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of 12th grade education to Graduate degree.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
