Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with potential customers through telephone calls to promote our products/services. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate our offerings, address inquiries, and persuade customers to take desired actions. Here's what you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis:
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, to generate sales or appointments.
- Product/Service Promotion: Introduce and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers compellingly.
- Handle Inbound Calls: Receive incoming calls from customers interested in our offerings, address their queries, and provide relevant information to assist them.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs, offering personalized solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company through effective calling and conversion strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes, using our CRM software.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance your effectiveness as a Telecaller.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass, though a graduate degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders.
