Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Engage in conversation to understand their needs and introduce our products/services effectively.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by demonstrating excellent communication skills. Address their queries, concerns, and objections professionally and persuasively.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge about our products/services to present them compellingly to potential customers. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Sales Conversion: Employ persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales. Utilize effective sales scripts and strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system. Follow up on leads promptly and systematically to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Take proactive measures to improve performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts toward achieving organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School Diploma) is required. Higher education up to graduation is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles is mandatory. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (local language proficiency is a plus). Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Empathetic listener with a customer-centric approach.
- Resilience: Resilience in handling rejection and objections. Ability to stay motivated and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. Ability to navigate digital platforms efficiently.
