Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively and accurately to generate interest and secure sales or appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through effective communication. Address their queries, provide relevant information, and offer solutions to their needs or concerns.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. Consistently strive to maximize sales opportunities and revenue generation.
