Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers over the phone professionally and courteously, addressing their inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and offering solutions to their needs.
2. Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate leads and identify sales opportunities. Utilize effective communication techniques to pique interest and create a positive impression of our offerings.
3. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and promote additional products/services. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update relevant information accordingly.
4. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to assist in achieving sales targets by providing timely support and effectively communicating product/service features and benefits to potential customers.
5. Documentation: Accurately document all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and resolutions, using our CRM system. Ensure proper record-keeping for future reference and analysis.
6. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, while interacting with customers and handling sensitive information. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all communications.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate level.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local/regional languages, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
